How to use: Lavender essential oil absorbs rapidly by the skin and has been proven effective when topically used through massage. If desired you can apply by massaging gently to wrists, behind ears and neck several times throughout the day.

Lavender essential oil is a proven, gentle way to fall into a relaxing sleep because of its aromatherapeutic and medicinal compounds.

How to use: Apply 1-2 drops on your temples and massage gently.

When preferring a natural solution to headaches we turn to properties of Lavandula Angustifolia.

  • 1-6 drops Lavender essential oil

Before using you can also dilute the essential oil with a carrier vegetable oil, such as Jojoba or Rosehip, to make it less concentrated.
