How to use: Lavender essential oil absorbs rapidly by the skin and has been proven effective when topically used through massage. If desired you can apply by massaging gently to wrists, behind ears and neck several times throughout the day.

Sleep Aid:

Lavender essential oil is a proven, gentle way to fall into a relaxing sleep because of its aromatherapeutic and medicinal compounds.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 drops Lavender essential oil

 

How to use: Apply 1-2 drops on your temples and massage gently.

Headache Relief:

When preferring a natural solution to headaches we turn to properties of Lavandula Angustifolia.

Ingredients:

  • 1-6 drops Lavender essential oil

 

How to use: Apply 1 drop of Lavender essential oil to the forehead, back of the ears, back of the neck and temples – all common places to ease headaches. Massage it into the area where you’re experiencing the most pain. Before using you can also dilute the essential oil with a carrier vegetable oil, such as Jojoba or Rosehip, to make it less concentrated.

How to use: Gently rub the oil on places you prefer, such as your neck, forehead, temples, wrists, chest, stomach, arms, legs and/or soles of the feet.

  • 1-2 drops Helichrysum Italicum essential oil (optional)

When struggling with insomnia this recipe is great to support the drift into sleep in a natural and pleasant way.

  • 1 drop Lavender essential oil
